Tower Heating & Air owner/operator Craig Andes, MBA, has been an industry veteran since before 1977 and has a keen eye toward efficiency for his customers.
After earning his MBA at Union University in Jackson, TN, Craig was able to merge the real-world practical side of HVAC with financial feasibility and ROI, making for good common-sense guidance. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and possesses a North Carolina H2 & H3-1 Mechanical License and a North Carolina SP-PH Electrical License.
Craig has owned and operated numerous businesses—including several mechanical companies and an insulating company—as well as built numerous structures and directed large service-oriented companies. Craig has also been hired as a consultant by several companies to assist them in their growth and process management.

With regard to Madison Energy Group, Craigh serves as an independent, third-party consultant and assists the company specifically with the IntelliHVAC technology. He has helped Madison Energy consult with companies such as Starbucks, Darden Restaurants, CBL Properties, and others in helping them to understand the mechanics of their systems as well as the benefits of the IntelliHVAC technology. Craig also manages the pilot program process, analysis, and reporting on behalf of Madison. He considers himself a picky, attention-to-detail type of guy.
An all-around good guy, Craig is also a tuba player in the Colonial Orchestra and Goldwing Motorcycle rider. He married his college sweetheart and (45 years later) still can’t believe she said yes.
