Tower Heating & Air owner/operator Craig Andes, MBA, has been an industry veteran since 1977 and has a keen eye toward efficiency for his customers.
After earning his MBA at Union University in Jackson, TN, Craig was able to merge the real-world practical side of HVAC with financial feasibility and ROI, making for good common-sense guidance. He is currently a doctoral candidate at Carolina University in Winston-Salem. Craig also possesses a North Carolina H2 & H3-1 Mechanical License and a North Carolina SP-PH Electrical License.
Craig has owned and operated numerous businesses—including several mechanical companies and an insulating company. Additionally, he has built numerous structures and directed large service-oriented companies. Craig has also been hired as a consultant by several companies to assist them in their growth and process management.

Craig serves as an independent, third-party consultant and assists companies and customers with HVAC technology. He manages the pilot program process, analysis, and reporting on behalf of Madison Energy. He considers himself an attention-to-detail type of guy.
Craig is an all-around good guy, as well as a tuba player in the Shepard’s Orchestra and a Goldwing Motorcycle rider. He married his college sweetheart and (45 years later) still can’t believe she said yes.
