Meet Ryan Otten, Our New HVAC Consultant

We are so excited to welcome Ryan Otten to the Tower Heating & Air team! Ryan will be serving as our HVAC Consultant and we can’t wait for you to get to know him.

Ryan grew up in Milwaukee, WI, and graduated from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI. He became a teacher right out of college, then moved into directing/leading competitive soccer clubs, and now, he is starting a new venture in heating and cooling. We recognized Ryan’s eagerness to get to know people and help them solve their problems right away. Ryan is such a people person and we know he is going to give it his all at Tower Heating & Air. Ryan will be working with clients on both the residential and commercial sides. Q&A With Ryan

Why Heating and Air: I really enjoy helping others and seeing them happy. So, when this opportunity arose, it was another way to make a positive difference in someone’s life. I may not be able to see them happy but to know that someone went from an uncomfortable living situation to an enjoyable one brings me joy as well.

Favorite Food: A perfectly good steak/burger cooked on the grill. I know I may get some heat for this, but medium rare is the only way to go.

Favorite Season: Summer—I love warm and sunny. Apparently, summers here in Raleigh can be pretty oppressive though, making this just the right reason to have a great HVAC company on speed dial!

Favorite Movie: I can’t choose just one but my two favorites are Shawshank Redemption and Braveheart.

Favorite Restaurant: Being new to the Raleigh area, I would love any suggestions! I love anything local with flavorful dishes. Let me know where I should try next.

Hobbies Outside of Work: I love to travel, visit with family/friends, attend live events (sports, music, arts), be active (working out, exploring the outdoors), and just enjoy downtime and relax.

Favorite Part of the Job so Far: As I mentioned earlier, I really enjoy helping others… but an additional perk for me is being active throughout the day while meeting new people. My job is NOT boring!
