We take a break from our regularly scheduled programming to bring you a little good news. Though the N.C. State Fair has been canceled this year, they are bringing the fair food to town for 11 straight days! Enjoy food from 22 local North Carolina vendors at the N.C. State Fairgrounds from October 15 through October 25, 2020. The fairground will be open daily from 10 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Take an adventurous and delicious lunch break from work or pick up dinner for the family. This event is take-out only and there will be no gathering allowed.
To purchase food, enter the Fairgrounds at Gate 9 off Trinity Road and park in the midway area. Walk up the hill towards Dorton Arena and you will see the collection of fair food vendors. Grab your favorites and head back home to enjoy your tasty treats! Social distancing and face coverings are required.
The vendors that will be on-site are listed below and you can see the full menu for each restaurant at NCStateFair.org. Next to each vendor, our team picked one item that we are most excited about. We hope you enjoy it!
