During these trying times, we are doing everything we can to keep you and our employees safe as well as comfortable. We understand that if your air conditioner breaks, you still need someone to come to fix it, especially when you are following the stay-at-home-order. This is why we are doing everything we can to offer you a contactless experience.
Though you may be used to our technicians greeting you with a handshake, during this time, we will give you a thumbs up.
During our process, there are signatures that we will need from you and though we are working on a way to make this completely contactless, right now we are taking multiple precautions to ensure your safety.
Our technicians will be wearing a fresh pair of gloves and will place the tablet into a protective sleeve before we offer it to you to sign.
You can now pay your invoice online! This way, you will be able to pay from your own device without having to hand a credit card to your technician.
With this new feature, you will be able to view and sign an estimate via email.
We’re Limiting Contact with Others
We are having our suppliers drop off parts at our technicians’ homes and directly at job sites to limit the contact they have with others.
